‘Top Gear’ joins Iran box office chart

Iran film ‘Top Gear’ directed by Mohammad Ahangarani has succeeded to shine among bestselling films at the first week of screening.

According to a media report, ‘Top Gear’ is currently being screened  at 54 domestic cinema theaters all around the country.

 The weekly gross for the newly screened film has reached 2,573,700,000 Rials which placed it among bestselling films of Iran box office chart.

“Soleiman drives laughter train at the fastest pace in order to prove his manhood in the family and the society as he came under scrutiny because of one thousand and one reasons. He himself has become aware of this and is seeking to overcome his own weaknesses,” the plot summary reads.

The film is starring Sam Derakhshani, Kambiz Dirbaz, Elham Hamidi, Leila Otadi, Bijan Banafsheh-Khah, Nafiseh Roshan, Nima Shahrokh-Shahi, Parastou Salehi and Daryoush Farhang.
